Our housing is designed for individuals who are ready for independent daily living and are seeking a respectful, structured shared home environment.
Youth Transitioning
Out of Foster Care
We primarily serve youth aging out of the foster care system by offering shared housing that supports independence, stability, and personal growth.
Our homes provide a supportive living environment where residents can focus on building their future through work, education, and life skills—without the structure of assisted or clinical care.
Independent Living for Young Adults
In addition to foster youth, HopeSpring Haven may also serve working adults who are seeking affordable, shared housing in a stable and independent living environment.
REFERRALS & PARTNERSHIPS
We work with case managers, community organizations, and referral partners to support housing placement for young adults.
HopeSpring Haven provides housing only and does not offer medical care, assisted living, behavioral health services, disability services, or substance treatment programs.
We are based in Oklahoma City, OK but accept referrals from across America.
